Every year the Northeast CO Alliance hosts this annual training event. This year, the 11th Annual CO Safety Summit has been expanded to two days!
Day 1: Thursday, November 5th - Fire Prevention and Risk Reduction
Fire Prevention | Community Risk Reduction | Lithium-ion batteries
The first day trainings will focus on community risk reduction, construction fire safety, and the latest info on lithium-ion battery fires and prevention. Speakers joining us from the NFPA, American Wood Council, ICC, Department of Environmental Services, and more!
Day Two: Friday, November 6th - 11th Annual Carbon Monoxide Safety Summit

The second day includes a variety of sessions involving real life CO stories and examples, medical updates, and opportunities to hear from both industry leaders and regional State Fire Marshals on carbon monoxide poisoning prevention. Hear presentations from regional State Fire Marshals, NFPA, local and national businesses, and more! Mrs. Illinois Crystal Evers will share her survivor story.
This event is always a dynamic gathering of professionals, advocates, and community partners committed to public safety, risk reduction, and preventing carbon monoxide incidents. We encourage everyone to attend both days.
